Senior AQA Engineer

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior AQA Engineer who will join us in the DashDevs QA team to contribute to the development of a biometric-based identity verification solution. We expect a new team member to work independently and proactively (look for details and answers, not just wait patiently for a reply), and be comfortable raising challenges and proposing software improvements. It is vital that you have good communication skills and a proven ability to work well with both technical and non-technical colleagues and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Project description: The project is a large-scale identity verification and authentication platform built with a strong focus on security, privacy, and user convenience. It provides biometric-based identity verification and passwordless multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enterprise and consumer use cases.

The solution is designed with a privacy-by-design approach, ensuring that sensitive personal data is securely encrypted and never exposed in plain form. Identity verification is based on live biometrics, verification of government-issued documents, and reusable digital credentials, enabling secure access without traditional passwords.

The platform addresses common challenges of modern authentication systems by reducing fraud risks while maintaining a smooth user experience. It supports high-load, security-critical scenarios where reliability, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations are essential.

From a technical perspective, the system is built on a distributed, service-oriented architecture and integrates web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. The QA team plays a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and quality of the product through automated testing across web, API, and performance layers.

As an AQA Engineer, you would work closely with developers and QA teammates to design and maintain automated test frameworks, validate complex authentication flows, and ensure the platform meets high standards of quality and security in a fast-evolving environment.

The size and the structure of the team: You will be a part of QA team that is a part of Production department, you will have a direct line manager - QA Team Lead.
