Position overview

DashDevs is looking for a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential clients.

As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to grow both personally and professionally, work closely with sales and marketing teams, and play a key role in our company’s success.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and helping our BDM team build relationships with prospects. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth, allowing you to collaborate closely with the BDM and Marketing teams and develop your industry knowledge.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Understanding of the software engineering and its business challenges
  • Experience with lead generation tools and platforms like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for managing outreach and tracking leads
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+), both verbal and written

Skills that will be a plus:

  • HubSpot proficiency
  • Fintech domain experience
  • Experience with lead generation, analytics, and outreach platforms like Apollo, Linked Helper, Crunchbase

Previous experience preferred:

1+ year of outbound BDR experience in an IT services company, with a proven track record of generating quality leads

Leading effective outreach campaigns, implementing improvements based on data-driven insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to build a pipeline of prospects
  • Proactively engage decision-makers in target companies through LinkedIn and email campaigns, and other outreach tools; set up intro calls/meetings for a Business Development Manager
  • Conduct initial pre-qualification via email/LinkedIn to ensure prospects align with our ideal customer profile and meet qualification criteria
  • Monitor lead quality and conversion rates by tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights to the team
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and supporting targets
