Position overview
DashDevs looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with fintech domain experience to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue related to fintech software solutions offerings, across the US, UK, EU, and MENA regions.
You will work with Outsourcing and Outstaffing business models as well as a Product (digital banking platform). Join us to lead innovation and help shape the future of finance.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 2+ years of successful experience in active sales as a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Account or Delivery Manager in IT outsourcing (Mobile and Web Development), professional services or IT consulting company
- Fintech domain experience
- Ability to close complex, high-value deals involving multiple decision-makers
- Ability to handle full sales cycle, from establishing an initial contact through to closing the deal
- Good grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle and technologies for web and mobile apps
- CRM proficiency
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent English (C1 or C2 levels), preferably with experience working or studying in English-speaking countries
Skills that will be a plus:
- Project management knowledge or basic computer science/tech knowledge of IT services, programming languages or product management
- HubSpot proficiency
- A second foreign language is a plus
- M.S./M.A. degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Previous experience preffered: Experience in preparing and presenting complex commercial offers for high-value projects involving and coordinating work of a pre-sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong knowledge of DashDevs services to facilitate the sales process
- Collaborate with the Lead Generation and Marketing teams to devise an effective demand generation strategy
- Win business for DashDevs in new and existing clients
- Handle full sales cycle from initial presentation of DashDevs services to deal closing
- Liaise with the Legal Department to produce and sign the relevant contract
- Process inbound/outbound leads, nurture them and convert into sales opportunities
- Undertake own business development efforts to identify and engage potential clients
- Present company’s services to potential clients on calls and conferences, qualify leads and understand how the benefits of DashDevs services can meet their needs
- Understand and map out the decision-making hierarchy within targeted accounts to ensure engagement at all levels necessary for the sales process
- Prepare and present proposals
- Negotiate and close deals with customers ensuring project profitability
- Act as a key contact point for customer during the entire sales process
- Maintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in HubSpot
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
