Position overview
We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join to innovative digital banking team. Being the first ever startup in the digital banking space in Saudi Arabia, our client is progressing at a rapid speed. You will be embracing 12 factor app philosophies and driving key deliverables to client applications and services. This role will be responsible for delivery of high-quality business intelligence solutions that meet the needs of the bank’s stakeholders.
Currently, we are looking for engineers who are outside of Ukraine.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and technologies, including data warehousing, ETL, data visualization, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that drive business decisions.
- Specific domain knowledge of blocks of Financial Services capabilities (for example, Banking Products, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Channel Applications, etc.)
- Experience of Agile delivery and ways of working.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English level B2/C1
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver business intelligence solutions that meet the needs of the bank’s stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business intelligence requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
- Develop and maintain the data architecture and data governance processes for the bank’s business intelligence solutions.
- Contribute towards the delivery of business intelligence solutions, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Build in quality metrics for business intelligence solutions delivered by the team, including data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the business intelligence solutions delivered by the team meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
