Position overview

As an HR Business Partner at DashDevs, you will act as a strategic partner to managers and department leads, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business priorities. You will lead HR processes and frameworks, drive change initiatives, and support the development of high-performing teams through strategic consulting, data-driven insights, and proactive planning. You will work closely with leaders to design and execute organizational improvements, facilitate OKR planning, guide managers in talent development, and build scalable people operations.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role in tech or fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and people operations
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with a proactive and structured approach
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for supporting decision-making
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate people challenges into practical solutions
  • Proven expertise in change management & conflict resolution
  • Skilled in working with tools Jira, Confluence and Looker Studio
  • English level - C1

Responsibilities

1.Strategic Partnership & Leadership Consulting: -Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related issues including structure, culture, retention, and conflict resolution. -Conduct syncs and strategic HR check-ins with department managers.

2.HR Policy & Change Management: -Lead the creation and implementation of HR policies and frameworks. -Coordinate change management initiatives across departments.

3.Performance, Growth & Succession: -Own the full performance review and assessment process. -Lead company-wide succession planning initiatives. -Identify training needs and align them with business goals.

4.People Analytics & Reporting: -Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze trends in satisfaction, turnover, and performance. -Prepare quarterly strategic HR reports using Looker Studio -Identify organizational risks and improvement opportunities.

5.Strategic Planning & OKR Facilitation: -Facilitate OKR sessions with department leads
