Position overview
We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in closing Middle / Senior level positions and with exceptional enthusiasm about what she/he does to join our professional Human Resources Department.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Successful experience in negotiation
- Activity and result orientation
- Understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
- IT market knowledge
- English B2/C1
Skills that will be a plus:
- Previous work experience with Jira
- Experience with EU Market
Responsibilities
You’ll manage the full cycle of the recruiting process. We hope you know what it means, but just in case:
- Publish and advertise vacancies
- Search, screen and attract candidates
- Coordinate and conduct the interview
- Communicate with candidates (we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
- Write feedback/prepare an offer
- Maintain our candidate’s database
- Monitor the job market
