Position overview

As a Junior People Partner at Dashdevs, you’ll support the day-to-day HR operations that keep our remote team running smoothly. Working closely with the Senior HR Manager, you’ll help deliver consistent, high-quality support across core people processes - from onboarding and documentation to HR data and internal communications. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR journey eager to learn and grow through hands-on experience.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 6+ months of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Confident with spreadsheets and basic HR systems
  • Eager to learn and take initiative in a remote environment
  • English level - B2+

Skills that will be a plus:

  • Experience in a tech company
  • Basic understanding of HR processes or employee lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Jira, Google Workspace
  • Interest in growing into a broader people role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding coordination: support smooth team expansion and a consistent newcomer experience
  • Maintain and update HR databases: keep people data accurate for reporting and planning
  • Help prepare materials for HR initiatives (e.g. surveys, check-ins, policies)
  • Coordinate basic team support tasks (e.g. benefits info, document requests)
  • Monitor and update internal HR documentation and process guidelines
  • Support internal communication from the HR team (e.g. announcements, reminders)
