Position overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support delivery on a client software development project (web and mobile). This role is focused on day-to-day delivery coordination, ticket and requirements preparation, Scrum ceremony facilitation, and cross-team synchronization.
The Junior PM will work closely with the Solution Architect, development teams, and client stakeholders to keep work structured, prioritized, and moving forward — even when requirements are not fully defined. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving product environment.
As a PM, you will work closely with Program Manager(s) who will manage your work in terms of strategic account and companies goals.
Project Can be different FinTech projects (Mobile banking, Payment solutions, etc).
What technologies do we use on our projects? As a PM you will work mostly with ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google meet, and internally created dashboards that will help you in your daily routine. On our projects we use modern technologies that our tech team recommends based on each project’s needs.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 1+ year of experience in a Project Coordinator / Junior PM / Scrum Master / Delivery Coordinator role in software development projects.
- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum practices.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Comfortable working with evolving or incomplete requirements.
- Able to structure information and convert discussions into actionable tasks.
- Able to prioritize work together with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical participants.
- Confident in task tracking and deadline control.
- Experience with project tracking tools (ClickUp, Jira, or similar).
- Focused on delivery outcomes and team coordination.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- English level - B2/C1
Skills that will be a plus:
- Experience supporting multi-team or cross-functional projects.
- Technical background or strong technical curiosity.
- Experience in client-facing project environments.
- PM or SM certifications
Responsibilities
1.Project Management & Delivery: -Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) -Support sprint planning and execution tracking across multiple teams. -Create, structure, and continuously refine tickets and task descriptions. -Co-write and clarify requirements together with the Solution Architect. -Ensure tasks are properly detailed and ready for development. -Track task progress and deadlines in ClickUp. -Monitor delivery flow and follow up on overdue or at-risk items. -Identify blockers early and drive their resolution with responsible parties.
2.Backlog & Requirements Coordination: -Translate functional and technical inputs into clear, structured tickets. -Ensure acceptance criteria and scope boundaries are documented. -Maintain backlog clarity and consistency. -Support backlog refinement and prioritization sessions. -Work with partially defined requirements and help structure them step by step.
3.Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: -Participate in task prioritization together with the client. -Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly and regularly. -Collect clarifications and decisions needed for delivery. -Support alignment between client expectations and team execution.
4.Cross-Team Synchronization: -Coordinate work across multiple teams (e.g., DevOps, Mobile, Backend/.NET). -Track dependencies between teams and ensure alignment of delivery order. -Cooperate with Project Managers from other streams to align shared needs. -Ensure cross-team blockers and integration points are visible and addressed.
5.Process & Tooling Discipline: -Maintain structured and up-to-date task tracking in ClickUp. -Follow agreed delivery and documentation standards. -Support continuous improvement of team workflows and coordination practices.
