Position overview
We are looking for an experienced Middle .NET Developer to join our team on an outsourcing basis. You will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance back-end systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and optimized for fintech use cases. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering reliable solutions from the ground up. This role requires strong coding skills and ensure code quality at scale.
General project description A modular white-label fintech platform based on microservices architecture designed for financial institutions (e.g. challenger banks, PSPs, trading and payment platforms). The platform is cloud-agnostic by design and currently runs on AWS, using Kubernetes, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, gRPC protocol, RabbitMQ (MassTransit).
Current Use Cases: 1)A financial platform for a regulated institution with EMI and VASP licenses in the Philippines. The solution will combine digital banking and cryptocurrency services, including secure wallets, payments, remittances, and card issuing. A key part of the project is an in-house crypto trading module designed to provide a seamless and compliant experience for a growing global user base. The platform includes: -Custodian wallets -Liquidity management (Hot & Cold wallets) -Crypto transfers -KYT -Trading (Matching Engine) -Core banking -Card issuing -Payment processing
2)A unified wealth platform combining banking, payments, digital assets, and institutional-grade yield within a single regulated ecosystem. It bridges traditional finance with modern digital markets, combining the security of licensed financial partners with the efficiency of stablecoin infrastructure. This delivers a frictionless user experience that empowers anyone to manage, earn, and spend instantly and globally. Built on a modular, compliant, and scalable architecture, it connects fiat banking, blockchain infrastructure, and off-chain yield engines into a single system. Key features include: -Non-custodial wallets -Vault engine (Smart Contracts) -Investment in Vault -Yield Accrual -Card transactions processing
Project stage We just start a development process. Our main priority is a product quality on this step. It is crucial for us to build an effective and agile solution.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer
- Extensive hands-on experience with .NET / C# development
- Good expertise in web architecture, microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous workflows
- Deep knowledge of software design principles and patterns (SOLID, YAGNI, Clean Code)
- Solid experience with SQL and EF Core
- Databases: SQL {PostgreSQL}, NoSQL {Redis}
- Ability to analyze, decompose, estimate, and deliver complex tasks
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- English Level - Intermediate
Skills that will be a plus:
- Practical understanding of Kubernetes for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications in production environments
- Cloud: AWS
- Experience with banking or fintech projects
- Experience in working with grpc protocol
- Good communication skills and ability to mentor less experienced developers
