Position overview

As a Middle Business Analyst, you will support requirements gathering, process documentation, and compliance alignment for a platform powering real-time payments, consent management, and open finance services in the UAE. You’ll work with engineers to ensure that business needs and regulatory mandates are translated into clear requirements. This is a strong opportunity to grow your BA expertise in fintech and open banking, contributing to a project at the heart of the UAE’s digital finance transformation.

General project description We’re developing a next-generation fintech platform that powers real-time bank payments and open banking experiences across the UAE. The system is built in alignment with the UAE Central Bank’s Open Finance regulations and will serve as a trusted gateway for secure account-to-account payments, consent management, and financial data access. It integrates directly with national banking infrastructure to enable seamless user authentication, transaction authorization, and compliance tracking. Designed as a white-labeled solution, the platform will be adopted by banks, fintechs, and merchants looking to offer regulated open banking services under their own brand. The project combines technical complexity, regulatory collaboration, and strong product vision, creating a rare opportunity to help shape a core layer of the region’s evolving digital finance ecosystem.
