Position overview
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to contribute to the development of a fintech service tailored for EU clients. We expect a new team member to work independently and proactively (look for details and answers, not just wait patiently for a reply), and be comfortable raising challenges and proposing software improvements. It is vital that you have good communication skills and a proven ability to work well with both technical and non-technical colleagues and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Project description An innovative fintech platform transforms how consumers manage finances and purchases using BNPL. It offers seamless payment solutions, integrating online and in-store shopping with various merchants. It provides its users with flexible payment options, real-time spending insights, and robust security measures, enhancing their financial management and shopping experiences.

Your Squad unites PM, BA, Tech Lead, 3 BE Engineers, 2 QA, 2 FE Engineers, DevOps (it’s you!)
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Experience with AWS (at least 3 years), particularly Elastic Kubernetes Service
- Proficiency in IaC, including terraform, terragrunt, helm, vault
- Experience with Postgresql
- Proficiency in Github actions, jenkins piplines.
- Experience with datadog, sentry.
- Configurations versioning using Ansible
- Experience with openvpn server.
- Experience with docker, docker compose
- Configurations nginx as kubernetes ingress
- English B2
Skills that will be a plus:
- Experience with Fintech and Banking domains
- Experience with any of the following: Kafka, Django, RabbitMQ, Celery, Python
Responsibilities
- Support existing environments with Infrastructure as Code
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues focusing on root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain applications infrastructure as Code.
- Write technical specifications and define project architecture
- Continuously improve monitoring and alerting for infrastructure
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in verbal and written communication with the client(s).
