Position overview
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the client’s team and shape the user experience for our crypto-to-fiat payment solution. You’ll design intuitive interfaces that enable businesses to accept crypto payments, convert them to fiat, and transfer funds effortlessly. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in building a secure and compliant fintech product. Your design decisions will directly influence real-world financial transactions, creating meaningful impact. You’ll gain hands-on experience in blockchain and payment processing while collaborating with skilled engineers, product managers, and domain experts to develop seamless banking integrations.
Project description: This project from scratch is designed to simplify the crypto payment experience for businesses and individuals, ensuring smooth transactions, regulatory compliance, and secure fund management.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 3+ years experience in Design
- Ability to define and articulate design vision and strategy
- Strong systems thinking, information architecture, and interaction design skills
- Experience with creating complex, multi-input-mode interactions, experiences, and end-to-end flows, prototypes, with high-fidelity visuals
- Experience in validating experiments and design solutions for business growth with a data-informed and metrics-driven design process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision
- Strong understanding of technologies used to build modern digital experiences and familiarity with the fundamentals of front-end development, accessibility, and usability
- Experience developing and maintaining a design system
- Knowledge about A/B and usability tests, focus groups
- Customer-centric mindset, passionate about delivering great digital products and services
- Experience working in a B2B/B2C context, with a strong understanding of web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in domain research, requirements gathering, user research, interviewing, and documenting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
- Experience in the FinTech or Banking industry
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and fellow designers to conceptualize and iterate on user interfaces for products
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive UI/UX design system, ensuring consistency and high-quality
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and optimize the design
- Striking a balance between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products are always at the cutting edge of design
