Position overview
We are looking for a project manager who will join us in the DashDevs delivery team, as well as the client’s project outstaff team in the fintech domain to build, monitor and control processes and team results.
Project An innovative fintech platform transforms how consumers manage finances and purchases using BNPL. It offers seamless payment solutions, integrating online and in-store shopping with various merchants. It provides its users with flexible payment options, real-time spending insights, and robust security measures, enhancing their financial management and shopping experiences.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Project manager / Scrum master
- Project manager in software development projects (preferable in Fintech)
- Strong knowledge of every phase of software development
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and project management software
- Ability to prioritize and to control the deadlines
- Ability to set up the processes and guide the Agile team
- Lean development focus
- Critical thinking
- Ability to plan and manage releases
- B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
- Risks analisys and risks management
Skills that will be a plus:
- Experience with Fintech and Banking domains
- Technical background
- PM or SM certifications
Responsibilities
- Leading and guiding project teams using Agile methodologies according to project needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to form and prioritize backlog for your team
- Planning predictable releases and meeting the agreed deadlines
- Ensuring that project documentation (product and technical) is consistently updated and maintained
- Communicating with the team, making sure everyone is moving according to set goals
