Position overview
We are looking for a project manager who will join us in the DashDevs delivery team to manage the outsourse fintech domain project with team of 10-12 people. You will plan, monitor and control processes and team results, work closely with the Client and Delivery manager to ensure timely deliverables, clear reports and status updates.
Project Digital Neobank which will work in Switzerland Project stage Prototype software development from scratch, including product analysis and focus groups interviews. Project has a plan for the next 3 years in case of successful prototype development. Team quantity 12 people (Solution Architect, BA, Designer, FE, BE, QA, Mobile: iOS&Android engineers)
Starting approximately at 10 AM Kyiv time (can be flexible)
YOUR BACKGROUND
- A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Project manager / Scrum master
- Project manager in software development projects (preferable in Fintech)
- Strong knowledge of every phase of software development
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and project management software
- Ability to prioritize and to control the deadlines
- Ability to set up the processes and guide the Agile team
- Accurate Scope management
- Risks analisys and risks management
- Ability to plan and manage releases
- Lean development focus
- Critical thinking
- B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
Skills that will be a plus:
- Experience with Fintech and Banking domains
- Technical background
- PM or SM certifications
Responsibilities
- Leading and guiding project teams using Agile methodologies according to project needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to form and prioritize backlog for your team
- Planning predictable releases and meeting the agreed deadlines
- Ensuring that project documentation (product and technical) is consistently updated and maintained
- Communicating with the team, making sure everyone is moving according to set goals
- Communicating with the Client ensuring team is moving according to the Roadmap and Client’s expectations.
