Position overview
Are you a data wizard with expert Power BI skills? We’re seeking an experienced Power BI Engineer to join our growing team.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Technical proficiency in PySpark and T-SQL
- Deep understanding of relational databases
- Experience in Data collection / integration from sources including SQL databases, APIs, etc.
- Azure environment, especially Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake
- Designing / implementing data pipelines (ELT process development, management, and optimization)
- Implementing delta logic and managing parquet / delta files
- Must have strong Python/pyspark skills.
- Must have experience with Azure serverless SQL
- English - Strong intermediate
Skills that will be a plus:
- BI report modeling skills a plus.
Responsibilities
Create scheduled ELT processes into Azure Data Lakes, by connecting to transactional system APIs
