Position overview

The Practice Lead – Product Practice is responsible for building, leading, and scaling DashDevs’ product management and product discovery capability across client portfolios and pre-sale engagements. This role owns the product discipline as a practice, not individual product roadmaps or delivery execution. The Practice Lead defines product discovery standards, product decision frameworks, and quality benchmarks, ensuring that product thinking is applied consistently before and during client engagements to reduce delivery risk and improve deal quality.

The Practice Lead works closely with Pre-Sale, Business Development, Delivery, and Engineering leadership to embed product expertise into early client conversations, discovery phases, and solution shaping, while remaining independent from day-to-day delivery execution. Success in this role is measured by improved discovery quality, clearer scope definition, reduced downstream rework, stronger client trust in product leadership, and the maturity and consistency of product roles across the organization.

Product description Our product fintech solution for clients called Fintech Core. This is a set of modules that cover the various needs of the client in the field of online banking and payment products. For example, issuing cards, money transfers, paying on the site, or even building a bank from scratch. The client can use a full-fledged solution and choose certain modules he currently lacks. Due to the fact that these modules are already ready - the client spends time only on their customization and not on creating code from scratch.

Day in the life In this role you’ll get: -Directly manage Product Managers and Business Analysts, UX/UI setting expectations, priorities, and performance goals. -Review ongoing product and discovery work to ensure adherence to defined standards and quality benchmarks. -Evolve product frameworks, templates, and guidelines based on delivery and pre-sale feedback. -Conduct regular 1-on-1s and mentoring sessions to develop product practitioners. -Participate in selected pre-sale activities to shape product scope, assumptions, and risks. -Step into critical or high-risk projects when product-related issues escalate or delivery execution starts to burn.
