We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join one of our team on an outsourcing basis. As a Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge fintech products tailored for our elite clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee the development of our financial solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive the success of our products.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Several years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience managing teams of developers and software engineers
- Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A passion for emerging technologies with a proven track record of delivering new products and features
- Fluent in English
Skills that will be a plus:
- Knowledge of machine learning, data analytics, and other emerging technologies
- Understanding of blockchain and distributed ledger technology
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and prototyping software
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a roadmap for our products that aligns with the company’s vision and goals
- Lead the implementation of various product-related projects from inception to completion
- Ensure thorough documentation of product development processes, user requirements, and compliance measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine product architecture and features
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and maintenance processes and implement comprehensive QA practices to maintain the highest standards of product quality and performance
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and emerging industry standards to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, including contract negotiations and adherence to SLAs
- Oversee the budget for product development and ensure efficient allocation of resources
