Position overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in closing Middle / Senior level positions and with exceptional enthusiasm about what she/he does to join our professional Human Resources Department.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment within an outsourcing environment
  • Proven experience hiring for Middle and Senior-level roles
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative channels)
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews
  • Ability to manage and maintain candidate pipelines and databases
  • Experience in offer negotiation and closing candidates
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
  • Advanced English (B2+/C1)

Skills that will be a plus:

  • Previous work experience with Jira / Confluence
  • Experience with the EU Market

Responsibilities

  • Publish and advertise vacancies
  • Search, screen and attract candidates
  • Coordinate and conduct the interview
  • Communicate with candidates (we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
  • Write feedback/prepare an offer
  • Maintain our candidate’s database
  • Monitor the job market
