Position overview
We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in closing Middle / Senior level positions and with exceptional enthusiasm about what she/he does to join our professional Human Resources Department.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment within an outsourcing environment
- Proven experience hiring for Middle and Senior-level roles
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative channels)
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Ability to manage and maintain candidate pipelines and databases
- Experience in offer negotiation and closing candidates
- Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
- Advanced English (B2+/C1)
Skills that will be a plus:
- Previous work experience with Jira / Confluence
- Experience with the EU Market
Responsibilities
- Publish and advertise vacancies
- Search, screen and attract candidates
- Coordinate and conduct the interview
- Communicate with candidates (we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
- Write feedback/prepare an offer
- Maintain our candidate’s database
- Monitor the job market
