Position overview

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer with exceptional enthusiasm about what she/he do to join our professional Human Resources Department.

The size and the structure of the team 2 Recruiters, 1 Talent Sourcer, 1 TL

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 1 year of experience in Sourcing
  • Experience in negotiation
  • Experience in using AI Tools, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Lite/Sales Navigator, and email marketing
  • Activity and result orientation
  • Understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
  • IT market knowledge
  • Has agency and critical thinking skills
  • English B2/C1

Skills that will be a plus:

  • Previous work experience with Jira
  • Experience with EU Market

Responsibilities

  • Position publishing via all the possible resources (DOU, djinni, LinkedIn posts, website, Facebook posts and groups, telegram channels posts)
  • Search candidates for open positions
  • Communicate with candidates
  • Process the incoming CVs for all the opened positions
  • Scheduling first interviews with a Recruiter, and then with a Hiring Manager
  • Company introduction during the written communication
  • Providing feedbacks
  • Work with Task Management system Jira
  • Database maintenance
  • Monitor the job market
  • Internal CV creation
