Position overview

We are looking for a Researcher with exceptional enthusiasm about what she/he does to join our professional Human Resources Department.


  • 0,5 years of experience in Researching
  • Experience in negotiation
  • Activity and result orientation
  • Understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
  • Strong verbal and written skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • English B2/C1

Skills that will be a plus:

  • Previous work experience with Jira
  • Experience with EU Market


  • Search, screen and attract candidates
  • Position publishing via all the possible resources (DOU, djinni, LinkedIn posts, website, facebook posts and groups, telegram channels posts)
  • Communicate with candidates
  • Process the incoming CVs for all the opened positions
  • Scheduling first interviews with a Recruiter, and then with a Hiring Manager
  • Company introduction during the written communication
  • Providing feedbacks
  • Work with Task Management system Jira
  • Database maintenance
  • Monitor the job market
