Position overview

We are on the hunt for an experienced Team Lead of the BDR Team experience to play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

This position involves mentoring and leading the team, with a key focus on developing an outbound pipeline to generate sales meetings, which drives opportunities for revenue generation and business growth.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • At least 2 years of BDR / SDR team management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in a BDR or similar role for 3-4 years, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation strategies, preferably in IT outsourcing company
  • Ability to build multichannel sequences with A/B testing in tools like Apollo, AI B2B Sales Lead Generation and Automation from Reply.io , Outreach: The Sales Execution Platform, etc.
  • Proficiency in developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) aligned with buyer personas
  • Experience building processes from scratch or improving existing ones
  • Ability to set clear goals and track team performance
  • Proficiency in training, mentoring, and motivating the team
  • CRM proficiency, ability to build custom reports and dashboards
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize processes and forecast future performance
  • English level B2 +
  • Would be a plus: Fintech Domain Experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong knowledge of DashDevs services to facilitate the sales process
  • Handle full sales cycle from initial presentation of DashDevs services to deal closing
  • Process inbound/outbound leads, nurture them and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Undertake own business development efforts to identify and engage potential clients
  • Present the company’s services to potential clients on calls and conferences, qualify leads and understand how the benefits of DashDevs services can meet their needs
  • Understand and map out the decision-making hierarchy within targeted accounts to ensure engagement at all levels necessary for the sales process.
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers ensuring project profitability
  • Act as a key contact point for customers during the entire sales process
  • Maintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with the Lead Generation and Marketing teams to devise an effective demand-generation strategy
