Position overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join one of our team on an outsourcing basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading development teams, solving complex problems, and engaging with clients to address their needs. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage and inspire a team, design scalable architectures for new solutions, and effectively present these solutions to clients.
General project description Banking start-up focused on money transfers between US and Brazil
Client’s mission SMB company based in USA- Brazil-Canada-UK, today we serve the Brazilian community who lives in these places and need to send money to Brazil, and Brazilian in Brazil who need to send money to these other countries.
Project stage We just start a development process. Our main priority is a product quality on this step. It is crucial for us to build an effective and agile solution.
Team quantity Currently there is 4 engineers on project
YOUR BACKGROUND
- At least 5 years of experience as Software Developer.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in software development.
- Experience with banking or fintech projects.
- Understand the big picture and offer insightful advice about technologies and projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve team conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing software architectures.
- Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI).
- Professional .NET backend development experience.
- Experience writing and using REST APIs using ASP.NET Web API.
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL
- English level - B2
Skills that will be a plus:
- Cloud: AWS
- Experience with queue(Rabbit, Kafka).
- Experience in working with grpc protocol.
Responsibilities
1.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
2.Problem Solving: Identify and address issues within the team and development processes, implementing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
3.Client Communication: Work close with our client, understanding requirements, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the development process and outcomes.
4.Architectural Design: Design and develop architectural solutions for new features and products, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
5.Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations of architectural designs and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
