Position overview

We are looking for a PR Manager to elevate DashDevs’ presence in the fintech space. This role is perfect for a proactive communicator who excels at building relationships with industry leaders, media, and associations. You will be responsible for securing strategic partnerships, organizing high-impact events, and positioning DashDevs as a thought leader in fintech.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • English: Advanced (must)
  • 3+ years of experience in public relations, communications preferably in fintech, tech, or a related field.
  • Strong network within the fintech ecosystem, including media, associations, and industry leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to craft compelling press materials and outreach messages(connect with native speakers)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and track PR impact through relevant KPIs.
  • Proactive and creative mindset, with a strong sense of initiative in identifying and executing PR opportunities.
  • Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of PR activities and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Passion for fintech, digital payments, and industry innovation.

Skills that will be a plus:

  • Experience with fin-tech domain
  • SM experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with fintech media, thought leaders, and industry associations
  • Collaborate with internal content writers and opinion leaders to create high-quality content
  • Identify platforms for guest posts and secure publication opportunities
  • Find and manage speaking opportunities at industry events
  • Conduct interviews with industry leaders for brand positioning
  • Partner with professional associations for joint initiatives
  • Plan and promote webinars, panel discussions, and industry events
  • Develop press materials and outreach messages to engage media
