Position overview

DashDevs is hiring a VP of Delivery to own and scale our fintech outsourcing production system with full accountability for portfolios margin, predictability, and delivery stability. This role is the final authority on delivery feasibility across all client engagements.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 5+ years in software delivery (IT outsourcing)
  • 2+ years in executive roles (Head of Delivery, Director of Delivery, VP Delivery, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience owning multi-project delivery portfolios within an outsourcing environment.
  • Technical competence to challenge estimates, participate in technical discussions, and validate solution feasibility.
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance, SDLC, estimation, risk management, and resource planning.
  • Experience establishing accountability frameworks, succession pipelines, and performance standards.
  • Comfortable representing DashDevs in critical escalations and strategic client discussions.
  • Background in fintech delivery: PSP, KYC/AML, card issuing, core banking, compliance-heavy or regulated systems.
  • English level - C1

Responsibilities

  • Lead Portfolio Managers Team: Coordinate and mentor Portfolio Managers, ensuring they follow best practices and have the support needed to execute effectively.
  • Own delivery portfolio economics: Full accountability for gross margin, utilization strategy, staffing mix, ramp-up curves, and bench cost control.
  • Portfolio Health Management: Maintain continuous visibility over portfolio health (cost, burn, scope elasticity, staffing, delivery risk). Intervene early in atrisk engagements and drive corrective actions before financial or client damage occurs.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as the final delivery authority in complex, high-risk, or non-standard client situations. Lead resolution strategies and protect DashDevs’ contractual, financial, and reputational interests.
  • Risk Management: Identify delivery and operational risks across the portfolio and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present delivery performance reports and insights on MBRs.
