Challenges
The project was constrained by a tight budget, requiring a focused approach to deliver essential features without overspending or compromising on quality.
The absence of scalability considerations and stress testing meant we had to ensure the system could handle growth and heavy data loads without prior validation.
With no pre-existing design or structure, handling frontend outages and minimizing service disruption posed a significant challenge during development.
Solutions
To maximize business value within budget constraints, we focused on delivering a lean MVP with key features like risk assessment, contract automation, and email management. This ensured core functionality while allowing for future scalability, enabling Centinel to quickly enter the market and grow.
We built a scalable architecture to handle increasing data volumes and integrated real-time performance monitoring for ongoing optimization. To ensure continuity, we developed fallback systems for frontend outages. Despite starting without a predefined design, we delivered a fully functional MVP and 50+ key features to drive long-term value for the platform and its users.

We investigated the target market, identified key pain points, and defined core product features. We also ensured the product would meet market demands, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term business objectives.

We began developing the MVP for Centinel in October 2024. The platform was delivered in just three months, with the MVP launching in December of the same year. At this stage, the system included essential features such as real-time risk management, contract automation, and data processing, while being fully scalable and ready for future growth.

After the successful MVP release, the customer extended our partnership, bringing in more team members to continue developing and enhancing the platform.

This banking platform is reimagining online banking in the MENA region through the ecosystem of connections. They enable banks and other fintechs to connect with third-party providers to share information in the most secure way. Tarabut app has over 200K downloads.
Innovative investment platform for sovereign bonds trading
Unique platform that allows to split large sovereign bonds into smaller units in order to lower the starting investment amount. Thus, INABLR enables individual investors to come into sovereign bond market, which is hardly achievable otherwise.
