Our team continues to enhance and expand the platform, ensuring it evolves to meet the dynamic needs of the insurance sector.
Challenges

- The absence of scalability considerations and stress testing meant we had to ensure the system could handle growth and heavy data loads without prior validation.
- With no pre-existing design or structure, handling frontend outages and minimizing service disruption posed a significant challenge during development.

We built a scalable architecture to handle increasing data volumes and integrated real-time performance monitoring for ongoing optimization. To ensure continuity, we developed fallback systems for frontend outages. Despite starting without a predefined design, we delivered a fully functional MVP and 50+ key features to drive long-term value for the platform and its users.

We began developing the MVP for Centinel in October 2024. The platform was delivered in just three months, with the MVP launching in December of the same year. At this stage, the system included essential features such as real-time risk management, contract automation, and data processing, while being fully scalable and ready for future growth.
After the successful MVP release, the customer extended our partnership, bringing in more team members to continue developing and enhancing the platform.
