The absence of scalability considerations and stress testing meant we had to ensure the system could handle growth and heavy data loads without prior validation.
With no pre-existing design or structure, handling frontend outages and minimizing service disruption posed a significant challenge during development.

To ensure continuity, we developed fallback systems for frontend outages. Despite starting without a predefined design, we delivered a fully functional MVP and 50+ key features to drive long-term value for the platform and its users.

We began developing the MVP for Centinel in October 2024. The platform was delivered in just three months, with the MVP launching in December of the same year. At this stage, the system included essential features such as real-time risk management, contract automation, and data processing, while being fully scalable and ready for future growth.
