  1. Vast data analysis for detailed contacts filter. Huge amounts of data needed to be analyzed in order to create a precise search filter for contacts.
  2. The need for flexibility. The niche requires our team to be flexible with changing requirements and adding and modifying features on the go.
  3. Complex multi-leveled design. The software needed to freshen up the UI and required a more structured approach from our side.
  4. No competitors in the fast-growing market. The software does not have direct competitors, so every feature and idea set the market’s classics.

Solution

We creaated a solution capable of fast data analysis and automated SMS and email campaigns. Whippy can additionally launch AI-powered calls, and users can use the software to search for added contacts in the database based on numerous variables, from their name to a digit in their phone number. 

Our UI/UX designer took a very structured approach to creating the mockups, which helped in developing the user-friendly and responsive UI for the app. 

Whippy is unique in that it supports its full web app functionality on mobile devices running on both Android and iOS.
