DashDevs, a fintech product development company that designs, builds, and scales regulated financial products, today announced a banking module update in Fintech Core by DashDevs. A customer can now hold accounts with more than one banking provider at the same time, and an operator can move those accounts to another provider without sending the customer through onboarding again. This release connects Lightspark as a new banking provider through the same adapter layer that already serves Delos. It also adds EUR IBAN accounts on demand and SEPA payments with Verification of Payee.
Summary
Fintech Core keeps one product layer for accounts and payments, and each banking partner sits behind an adapter. Lightspark joins that layer next to Delos. One customer can hold accounts with several providers in parallel. An operator can migrate those accounts to another provider while the customer keeps their profile and verification history.
What’s new
Lightspark as a new banking provider
Lightspark is connected through the Fintech Core adapter layer. The product layer works with it the same way it works with every other provider, so adding it required no changes to customer flows.
Accounts across several providers in parallel
One customer can hold and manage multiple bank accounts with different providers at once. Balances are retrieved per account, and multi-currency support is enabled across providers.
EUR IBAN on demand
A customer can open a new EUR IBAN account when they need it. The account reuses the onboarding and KYC data the customer has already provided.
SEPA transfers with Verification of Payee
Incoming and outgoing SEPA flows are live. Every outgoing payment runs a Verification of Payee check on the beneficiary name, and transfer fees are shown and processed as part of the flow.
Unified SCA flow
Strong customer authentication now uses one challenge and resend flow for all providers. Account statuses such as pending and blocked sync automatically between the banking provider extensions and the banking module.
Provider migration without re-onboarding
An existing customer’s accounts can be moved from one banking provider to another. The customer keeps their profile and verification history, and does not repeat onboarding.
Merchant details in transaction history
The Transaction Details page now shows merchant information for each payment.

Why it matters
Switching a banking provider usually means re-onboarding every customer. Most platforms never do it, even when pricing, coverage or service quality gives them a strong reason to.
Fintech Core keeps customer onboarding and KYC data in the platform and puts each provider behind an adapter. That makes providers interchangeable: you can add a second partner for a new currency or move existing customers to a better one. Funds stay with the licensed providers throughout. Fintech Core orchestrates the move and never holds customer money.
